WWI Victory Cover Featured in December Newsletter

The December issue of the Spacefiller newsletter features an interesting article on a cover franked with the U.S. 1919 Victory stamp.  The mail was addressed to a member of the victorious American Expeditionary Forces in France, but had to be returned to the sender, as the recipient had departed Europe before the letter could reach him.
